With a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis, Nima began his real estate career by earning his Broker's license in April 2005, immediately diving into the industry as a full-time Realtor. Over nearly two decades, Nima has developed a deep expertise in residential real estate, handling everything from single-family homes, condos, and townhomes to lots, multi-units, and investment properties.
In 2007, Nima took the helm as the owner and broker of Seller's Properties, where he honed his skills in managing a real estate business. After a successful stint, he joined ZipRealty in 2013, a company that later became part of Coldwell Banker Realty in 2014, where he continues to thrive.

As of August 17, 2024 a new law came into affect in regards to real estate commissions. In a nutshell, home sellers do NOT have to pay the buyer’s agent’s commission, although it is strongly recommended they do. All buyers must sign a Buyer Representation Agreement with their Realtor BEFORE they can physically see a home or make an offer on a home. This is a state law now.
